His ranking is at the top in my opinion, if you know how to use him, and his moves, he can be the best charactor by far. Everything about the whole series is top notch and i advice any gamer to
If you havent played Streets of Rage 1, you should, get it off ebay or get an emulator and it's rom or something. SoR2 is a side scrolling adventure with charactors with they're own abilities, this time instead of a cop car assisting you, the charactors have mastered they're own special moves since they quit the police job. And now I Introduce Streets of Rage 2, one of the best fighting games made. A fantastic game, me and mom had hours of fun playing this. Howdy do, Aside from Faq Writing and such i decided to write a guide on one of my favorate games i played as a kid with my now departed mother.
